So you live outside of the United States, but love American football.  You want to watch all the games but you are not allowed.  Don't worry, there is a solution for you.  If you are looking for a free way to view NFL games, move on, you will not find it here.  If you are or will become an NFL Game Rewind customer and wish to view the games outside of the United States, keep reading, this article is specifically for you.

You will need two things to start watching NFL games:

1. VPN Account  

A VPN Account makes it look like you are located in the US.  Therefore, any website or video streaming service thinks that you are in America, and allowing you to view/signup for service.  We recommend signing up for a PPTP/L2PT VPN account and NOT OpenVPN.

A VPN account generally costs between $5-10 per month. (Cheaper if you choose 3, 6, 12 month packages).

We highly recommend Strong VPN.

2. Game Rewind account

Game Rewind is NFL's legitimate streaming service for NFL fans.  Game Rewind does not show live games, they put all of the games on the internet for you to view within 24 hours of the end of the game  This works out fine for most people who live outside of the US as often the NFL games are on in the middle of the night, viewing them at your convenience is usually better.

Game Rewind costs about $30-40 for the whole NFL season, every team, every game.  

Okay, I have my VPN account, now what?

You will need to configure your computer to use the VPN account.  These instructions can be found here. Now, connect to your VPN server.   Then you can browse over to www.gamerewind.nfl.com and signup for their service.  Once you have subscribed to Game Rewind, you can access all of the games in HD, from anywhere in the world.  You just need to be sure before you browse to the Game Rewind website to watch a football game, that you are connected to the VPN, so the website thinks you are inside America.  Once the game is over, you can disconnect from the VPN.
